                                                                       Robert L. Stump  MAM, CFE, REB

Robert (Bob) L. Stump is a graduate of St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, IN with a Bachelor in Science Degree in Economics and Masters Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ. He is a Licensed CFE / Certified Fraud Examiner and a Member of The National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and The Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc. (CIA). Mr. Stump is also a State of Arizona Licensed Commercial Real Estate, Business and Liquor License Broker (REB) and Designated Broker, (D/B) for R.L. Stump & Associates, LLC Brokerage Firm. He is the Managing Director/CFE of The Forte Forensic Accounting Specialists, LLC, a Forensic/Fraud Accounting, Audit and Business Consulting Practice with both firms located in Scottsdale, AZ.  

Mr. Stump has served as a volunteer on The Board of Directors for The Foundation for Blind Children (FBC) for six (6) years and since March 2001 he has been a volunteer with security clearance for the City of Scottsdale, AZ Police Department in the HCPI, Fraud Investigation Units with his current assigned duties to The Office of the Scottsdale Chief of Police - Media Relations
/ Public Information Office (PIO) - Redaction Unit. He is a Graduate of The City of Scottsdale, Arizona Police Department - Citizens Police Academy and a Member of CiPAAS.

In High School and throughout College, he trained and worked as as a Chef/Manager with Howard Johnson's while Chef Jacques Pepin (Julia and Jacques/PBS) was its Corporate Executive Chef and he also worked in the summers for the Chrysler Corporation. For several years Mr. Stump was an Adjunct Instructor of Purchasing at the Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Scottsdale, AZ. He is an author of articles and lecture on topics related to Forensic Accounting, Identity Theft and Prevention, Internal Control/Audit Programs, Business Valuations, Productivity and Profit Improvement and Financial Fraud Detection/Prevention. He is co-author of the book; How to Buy or Start a Business (The Saber Group, LTD 1991). At Saint Joseph's College while earning his Bachelors Degree in Economics, Bob was a Blue Key National Honor Fraternity Member and also earned a Music Scholarship in Percussion Instruments / Drums and enjoys regularly playing today.

The firm also provides business forensic investigation, theft, fraud, vendor/supplier contract compliance audits, internal control systems for fraud/loss prevention. Clients vary from small business owners to various FORTUNE 500 firms and local city, state and federal governmental agencies throughout the United States.

Mr. Stump successfully performed in numerous senior corporate financial/audit management positions over a 13 year career in the Corporate Accounting Department of Restaura, Inc. (formerly GFM, Inc./Greyhound Food Management Inc.)  a major subsidiary with 650 worldwide branch operations, 16,500 employees of the former The Greyhound Corporation a FORTUNE 500 mega world wide conglomerate, which was split into three separate entities: The Viad Corporation, The Dial Corporation and The FINOVA Corporation which continued to be based in Phoenix, AZ. While at Restaura, Inc. his responsibilities included: Corporate Manager of Accounts Payable and Property Departments, Corporate Manager Payroll, Revenue and Insurance Departments, as well as Senior Internal Auditor. He also served as the Controller/Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Manager of the Purchasing and Warehouse Departments for the Resort/Recreation Division of The Viad Corp. which included seven (7) hotels (1300 rooms, 794 employees) located in Glacier Park Inc. MT (USA) and The Prince of Wales Hotel (Canada). After his tenure with the Viad Corp., Mr. Stump joined his family's owned Ford Motor Company franchise automobile/truck dealership; The Stump Bros.-Oregon Ford, Inc. and affiliate firms for over 3 years as Vice President Finance/Administration-Secretary/Treasurer in Oregon, Ohio. (a metro suburb of Toledo, OH). The Ford dealership, its affiliate firms and real estate were purchased by an Ohio based mega dealership group in 1989. Mr. Stump continues as an adviser to his family owned franchise auto/truck dealerships Dale Jarrett Ford, Dale Jarrett Suzuki in Charlotte, NC and various real estate developments.

After the successful sale of the Ohio Ford Dealership in 1989, Mr. Stump returned to Arizona and established his Commercial Real Estate, Liquor License and Business Broker Firm and his Forensic Accounting Practice. Bob's wife Linda Kay is employed with the McKesson Corporation and their daughter Kimberly Ann resides with her husband David who is a GM Skilled Trades/Pipe Fitter and has plumbing contractor / construction business in Holland, Ohio.
